A distinguished and respected criminal defense lawyer since 1985, Mr. Flint holds a Bachelor of Science (cum laude) in Political Science and a Juris Doctor degree in Law, both from the University of Utah. A member of the American Bar Association his entire career, Mr. Flint is also a licensed member of the Supreme Court of Utah Bar, the Federal Bar Association for the District of Utah, the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals (Denver), as well as the Utah State Bar, and the Criminal Law Section.
Mr. Flint serves in the Utah Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers on the Legislative Committee, and is active in the community on local, state and national issues that affect people’s rights and liberties under the US and Utah Constitutions.
Before forming this partnership, Mr. Flint spent over two decades in Courtrooms in 26 different counties in Utah, as well as trials in Tucson, Arizona and Anchorage, Alaska, and has also previously been admitted pro hac vice to represent clients in Colorado, all in the defense of those accused of crimes, in support of persons injured in accidents, and representing business litigants over issues of unfair competition, enforcement of employment and non-competition agreements, copyright and trademark claims, Lanham Act, extraodinary relief petitions, injunctions, and general counsel duties.
