Hurricane Criminal Defense

Hurricane Criminal Defense Lawyer

Over 100 Jury Trials Handled

When criminal charges threaten your future or the freedom of someone you love, you must move quickly and seek legal counsel. Any person who has been arrested has the right to remain silent and the right to legal counsel. These rights, which are commonly referred to as a “Miranda warning,” are told to a person who is being taken into custody by law enforcement. They serve as a reminder of one’s constitutional rights in the face of an arrest, and they must be exercised.

My firm is standing by to protect the rights of arrestees and defendants in Hurricane and the surrounding communities in Utah. I have more than 33 years of trial experience and have personally handled over 100 jury trials. As a seasoned Hurricane criminal defense lawyer, I understand what it takes to succeed.

My Hurricane criminal defense firm is willing to put in the work it takes to win, regardless of the challenges we may face along the way.

CRIMINAL DEFENSE LAWYER SERVING HURRICANE, UT

About the City of Hurricane

Located in southwestern Utah, Hurricane is a city that is quickly becoming a gateway for tourists visiting Zion National Park. Utah is not known for its hurricanes, but the story is that the city got its name in the 1860s when a man named Erastus Snow had the top blown off his buggy by a strong wind. Snow reportedly said, “Well, that was a hurricane,” and named the spot Hurricane Hill. Hurricane is located at an elevation of 3,248 feet above sea level and covers a total land area of 53.63 square miles. As of July 2021, the population of Hurricane was 21,808. The city is located in Washington County

Today, Hurricane is known for its historic orchards, which boast peaches and pecans, as well as its fields and open spaces. Virgin River, Quail Creek State Park, and Sand Hollow State Park are all located in the Hurricane area.

The Local Defense Counsel You Need

One of the benefits of working with a local Hurricane law firm, particularly one led by an attorney with decades of criminal defense experience, is that we know the courts in the area. I started as a Public Defender before opening my practice, and I use my experience with local courts, prosecutors, law enforcement, and judges to develop more customized and effective defense strategies. As a local Hurricane criminal attorney, I can deliver better results.

Protecting Your Future & Your Freedom

My firm can take on any felony or misdemeanor case for clients in Hurricane and the surrounding areas in southern Utah. This includes all types of theft crimes, violent crimes, sex crimes, and drug crimes. For drivers who have been arrested for DUI and people who have been accused of domestic violence, we deliver hard-hitting defense counsel to protect their rights.

From imprisonment to fines and everything in between, the results of a criminal conviction can be catastrophic. I am determined to deliver the best representation possible, drawing upon my considerable experience as a Hurricane criminal defense lawyer to do so.

1000s of Clients Successfully Represented

Over the past decades, thousands of clients have found the counsel they so desperately needed at my law firm. I have been able to put my experience to work for them as I fought to minimize or eliminate the consequences of their arrests and charges. This has translated to better and brighter futures, even in the most challenging and complex cases.
